What do I do if my student is not showing up on my dashboard?

If one of your students is not showing up on your dashboard, they have most likely registered on our public site and need to be associated with your Education Account.

To add a new student:

  1. Please ask your student to Login to CareerExplorer
  2. Send your student the following link: www.careerexplorer.com/edu/YOUR-SCHOOL-NAME/register/

The student should then:

  1. Click the link to visit your school's Account Information page
  2. Enter all of the required information
  3. Select FINISH

The student should now appear in your list.


NOTE: replace YOUR-SCHOOL-NAME with the name of your school
